About this Course

What Corporate Social Responsibility basically means is what a business does more for the wellbeing of others than required in an economical and legal sense. Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, has made Corporate Social Responsibility mandatory to Companies fulfilling certain criterion. Also, Companies (CSR Policy) Amendment Rules, 2021 has made reporting on CSR mandatory and Form CSR 1 is to be certified by a Chartered Accountant

This course will teach you the fundamentals of Corporate Social Responsibility, why it is important and what impact does it makes on society. This Course provides detailed understanding of Sec 135, Section 198 of Companies Act 2013 along with CSR Rules.
