About this Course

This online Certificate course on Corporate Social Responsibility intends to equip the participants with understanding of the rules and regulations pertaining to CSR. The Companies Act, 2013 provides a unique CSR framework not applicable anywhere else globally; and hence there are no benchmarks and learnings of a model like this. The objective of legislation need to be viewed against two key ideas – The Corporations Act as partners in the social development process of the country and, strengthening the social responsibility of business.

The interactive course consists of lecture by faculty on detailed modules (case studies and experience sharing) and multiple choice question assessment, feedbacks and resolving of queries raised through chat, projects and quizzes and is an enjoyable and engaging way to learn. It includes a multiple-choice exam which you can take as many times as you need to. The program will be delivered by way of presentations, case studies, self test questions followed by submission of project report and an examination. • Attendance at 6 modules out of 7 modules would be compulsory for appearing in the examination
• Minimum of 3.5 hrs are required in a particular day out of total 4 hrs to consider that particular day as attended.
